Sicklesmere Cider
Our style of cider is created through a blend of dessert, cooking and cider apple varieties (Even crab apples will make it in!). We have 30+ different varieties growing in our orchard just outside of Bury St Edmunds. These include Jonas Gold, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Saint Edmunds Pippin.
All of the ciders are hand-pressed onsite at our orchard, and are crafted with 100% pure apple juice from our own apples. There are no additives. Just Real Cider.
Still & Dry
This is our take on a traditional dry cider.
Cloudy & Sparkling
This Cider is bottle conditioned to provide a natural sparkle.
Ciderkin
Ciderkins is produced by rehydrating pressed apple pulp. This results in a lighter yet still flavourful drink.
